Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Commercial Solar Rooftop Foreman, based in the San Francisco, CA Bay Area. As a key leader in our team, the Foreman will oversee the installation and maintenance of large-scale rooftop solar systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising installation teams, operating and managing heavy equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and performing routine carpentry and system maintenance as needed. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met to the highest standard.

Qualifications

- Proven Supervisory Skills, with experience leading teams and managing onsite operations

- Experience operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment in construction or energy projects

- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

- Proficiency in Carpentry for solar rooftop installations and related tasks

- Knowledge of Maintenance practices for ensuring the safety and longevity of solar energy systems

- Commitment to following safety standards and regulations

- Previous experience in solar energy or construction is a plus

- Ability to work on rooftops under varying environmental conditions
