Role Overview

We’re hiring a Solar Project Manager who’s ready to ignite progress, lead with confidence, and own the full customer journey—from contract signing to project commissioning.

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for homeowners, guiding them through permitting, scheduling, installation, and final energization. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with excellence.

This is a hybrid role with flexible scheduling and some remote weekend coordination. We welcome entry-level applicants who are motivated to grow quickly and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead the execution and delivery of residential solar projects, from contract to commissioning.

- Communicate proactively with homeowners, installers, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

- Collect, organize, and manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and inspection records, ensuring compliance.

- Adjust or approve design modifications as needed to meet technical or customer requirements.

- Maintain budget oversight, tracking costs and addressing any financial changes.

- Use our CRM and internal tools to manage timelines, assign tasks, and document progress.

- Work closely with fellow Project Managers and report to senior leadership on project status and performance.

- Willingness to Learn: No solar experience? No problem—we’ll train the right person. You just need a growth mindset and strong work ethic.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using or learning digital tools like CRMs, Google Sheets, and project management platforms.
