Oversee project budgets, objectives, and schedules, ensuring milestones are met and that any changes or credits are properly communicated to the Finance Department.
Travel to project sites to meet with landowners, assess site conditions, and evaluate project feasibility.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Provide technical support for the installation, repair, and testing of residential and commercial electrical systems.
Conduct safety training sessions on-site and ensure all safety guidelines are followed throughout the project.
Address customer concerns professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Build lasting relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.
Provide technical support to sales teams, ensuring accurate customer information and addressing potential site challenges early in the development process.
Prepare detailed reports for management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes. Maintain detailed communications and records in company systems.
Ensure that production data aligns with system design specifications, validating that the completed installation meets expectations.
Ensure that all installations adhere to relevant electrical and fire codes related to the development and construction of solar and battery facilities.
