Commercial Estimator

to join our team and drive our growth.

What You'll Do

- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.

- Perform accurate digital takeoffs using Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or STACK.

- Prepare competitive cost estimates and proposals.

- Collaborate with suppliers for pricing and lead times.

- Work closely with project managers for smooth handoffs on awarded jobs.

- Track bid success rates and help refine our estimating process.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years in construction estimating (insulation, drywall, HVAC, or similar trades preferred).

- Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or STACK (or similar tools).

- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

- Organized, analytical, and detail-focused with excellent communication skills.

Preferred but Not Required

- Experience with spray foam, batt/fiberglass, or mechanical insulation.

- Familiarity with bid platforms such as ISQFT, BuildingConnected, QuickBooks or Blue Book.
