We are currently seeking a commercial HVAC Estimator & Project Manager to join our premiere sales team! Candidates must be results-driven with 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience and committed to providing customer-centric options and solutions. The goal of this position is to develop strong business relationships while acquiring HVAC Installation Projects within the territory of eastern PA, Southern NJ and Northern Delaware.

Responsibilities:
•Identify and pursue opportunities for new business.
•Prepare comprehensive, competitive labor and materials estimates for commercial HVAC projects
•Design solutions that will address and satisfy the HVACR needs of the clients.
•Provide technical expertise to provide multiple options to clients during project design and proposal phases.
•Conduct on-site meetings with clients to review solutions that best serve the needs of their businesses.
•Write scope of work and project proposals.
•Present professional demonstrations or presentations of the company products, programs, and services.
•Establish and maintain relationships with clients which demonstrate confidence, competency, and professionalism.
•Organize follow up appointments with clients to review proposals and close the deal.
•Upon sale of project, work closely with install manager to order equipment and supplies.
•Responsible for management of projects both on and off-site.
Requirements:
•A minimum of 3 to 5 years of related HVAC commercial sales/estimating experience
•Must possess strong negotiating and sales skill with the ability to close agreements
•Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented organization
•Excellent time management skills

Physical Requirements:
•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•Substantial periods spent in a vehicle.
•Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
