What We're Looking For:

- 5-10+ years’ experience in:

- Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)

- Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration experience is a plus but not required.

- A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units and hot side equipment

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Willingness to work on-call

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to pass a background check

- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants

- Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
