Primary Purpose JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the origination and development of large energy infrastructure projects that require a multi-commodity solution including natural gas, power generation, electric transmission, CO2 capture and sequestration, fiber optics, and water.
Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Synthesize critical data to support and guide Commercial team in all aspects of deals including risk analysis and mitigation, structuring, negotiation and execution.
- Build and maintain tools used for strategy and business development
- Support business development tracking systems to monitor opportunities, assess progress, and support execution through project completion
- Assemble and prepare high-quality reports, memoranda, and presentations for use with customers, company management and Board of Directors, JV partners and others.
- Develop strong knowledge of business strategy, conduct industry research as needed, assess key trends within relevant market segments and provide summary reports and presentations to support current opportunities and identify new opportunities
- Liaison and collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, projects, and legal to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure alignment with short- and long-term organizational goals and objectives.
- Deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal skills and listen carefully.
- Maintain a regular, dependable attendance and a consistently high level of performance.
- Will work non-traditional hours as needed.
- Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.
- Other daily, weekly, monthly or special project duties as identified and defined.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the energy sector with an emphasis on electricity and natural gas markets
- Proven experience in conducting due diligence, market research, and competitive analysis to support opportunity evaluation and strategic decision-making
- Strong working knowledge of the energy industry (midstream, upstream, power or decarbonized energy)
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- Advanced proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- The annual salary range for this position will be $95,300-$105,700/yr.

: Compensation ranges are provided in good faith based on what we anticipate when researching wages for this position at the state and national levels. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
