Coating Operator

A Snapshot Of Your Day (position Overview)

The primary purpose of this position is to operate a variety of equipment in the Coating Department with supervision. Complete coating process of product according to manufacturing and customer requirements.

- Operate thermal spray booth with supervision and perform daily PM

- Use of documentation (quality documentation / records (Travelers and Forms)) / etc.

- Perform burnout, masking, heat tint, Surface Finish, shot peen.

- Perform in-process measurements (Use of Dual scope and profilometer).

- Operate stand up blast cabinets and perform daily PM.

- Operate automated blast machines and perform daily PM.

- Operate automated Peen machines and perform daily PM

What You Bring (requirements)

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Minimum 6 months Thermal Spray booth operator experience

- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
