LASER OPERATOR / PROGRAMMER

We are seeking a LASER OPERATOR to join our Fabrication Team in this customer-focused industry. A successful LASER OPERATOR at BMF METAL is both Efficient and Precise, meeting customer specifications and expectations by programming and operating laser cutting equipment to fabricate parts in an accurate, efficient, and safe manner.

Job duties:

· Operate laser cutting machinery to cut materials according to job specifications

· Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine cutting requirements

· Inspect materials before cutting to ensure correct type and dimensions

· Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment for optimal performance

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

· Program changes and rework using Striker Systems
