Opportunity Overview

Are you a CNC Equipment operator who thrives in fast paced team environment? If you have a background rooted in manufacturing, enjoy all facets of operating our CNC (computer numeric controlled) equipment which is machine designed to process material in a highly efficient manner. In this role, you will read and decipher CAD drawings for a project(s), set up your machine, inspect metal before running it, and make adjustments as needed, you would also perform regular maintenance on the machine to ensure the equipment stays in good working order. This encompasses strong attention to detail in quality control and the ability to often work independently. Structure:

The CNC Equipment Operator position is located In Oroville on an 18 acre lot with newly innovated technology both in our equipment and our software systems. You would report to the Shop Supervisor and be supported by the Lead of the Structural Department, working closely with our MIS Department for programming.

The nature of this role requires that at the onset of your shift you inspect the machine and material to the cut list and set up pre-run and post checks. Understanding how long batches take to run and managing that time well is essential. Thes are just a mile high view of responsibilities in this growing position.
