The primary goal of the Client Support Specialist is to assist the Sales and Operations departments by providing the needed information to exceed customer expectations and realize Company objectives. The incumbent will be involved in all phases of project management, including prospecting, bidding, planning, execution, and post-project evaluation. A specific focus of this role will be to continuously evaluate our performance through key indicators and utilize these metrics to maximize profitability for Phoenix and its customers. The Client Support Specialist will be guided by the principle that we will never lose a customer due to something that is under our control.
This candidate will have a degree from a post-secondary Engineering or Petroleum Technology program. This individual must be highly organized with superior verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and distribute information efficiently. This position requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy. The candidate will have the ability to identify priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Bi). Knowledge of the oilfield drilling process and the tools used field experience is beneficial.
