Key Responsibilities:
•Serve as the initial point of contact for sales and service inquiries via phone and email.
•Qualify and organize leads, assisting with the sales and service process.
•Provide administrative support across lead generation, invoicing, mailings, and database management.
•Maintain CRM records, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
•Schedule appointments, coordinate service and installation teams, and manage calendars.
•Assist with inventory and supply ordering.
•Support customer loyalty programs and routine mailings.
•Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
Qualifications:
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
•Experience with CRM software is a plus.
•Detail-oriented and systematic approach to work.
•Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
•High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred).
•Prior administrative or customer support experience is a plus—we’ll train the right candidate!
