Lake Limerick Country Club (LLCC) is a private community nestled in Mason County, Washington. As the Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our members and guests by providing information about Lake Limerick, monitor member balances, and supporting the day-to-day operational tasks. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
a. Serves as the primary contact for all member and guest inquiries.
b. Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner.
c. Address and resolve inquiries, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
d. Foster positive relationships with staff and community members through effective communication and support.
a. Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
b. Assist with accounting tasks using the management software system or other tools.
c. Support the finance team with various accounting duties as needed.
d. Monitor member account balances where applicable. Ensure all fees and charges are correct in the management software system.
a. Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required to support the team.
b. Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
c. Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
d. Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, and ordering supplies.
· High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) Required and
· Experience working with computers and typical office software such as Email, Word, Excel, and internet browsers. Required and
· Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential information.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity are required.
· Ability to resolve problems independently and responsibility.
· Requires a reliable, self-motivated, team player who pays close attention to detail, demonstrates strong communication, client management and business literacy skills.
· Demonstrates discretion and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
· Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
We are committed to offering competitive compensation for all our positions at Lake Limerick Country Club. The hiring range for this position is generally between $20 - $23 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience.
