Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and dynamic New Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Clear Tech Pools, a leading manufacturer of high-quality swimming pools construction and Maintenance. In this role, you will focus on identifying and onboarding new clients—including developers, property management companies, and distributors—while expanding our market presence in both residential and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
•Proactively identify and engage potential clients through industry research, networking, referrals, trade shows, cold outreach, and digital channels.
•Present our product lines and solutions to builders, architects, commercial property developers, hospitality managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities using CRM software.
•Understand customer project requirements and recommend appropriate pool systems, features, and customizations.
•Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
•Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
•Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and regional dealer meetings.
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
•2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or client acquisition—preferably in construction, building materials, or pool/spa industry.
•Knowledge of swimming pool design, manufacturing, or installation is a strong advantage.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•Ability to read project plans and collaborate with technical teams.
•Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
