Overview:
F.H. Furr is growing and expanding and as such, we are looking to hire a Client Relations Specialist to help manage our online customer interactions. The Client Relations Specialist will have the ability to work remotely. This individual will work with our Client Relations Manager to ensure that our customers have a fantastic experience with F.H. Furr!
Responsibilities will include:
•Responsible for working with escalated customers from all departments
•Working with department and service managers to resolve customer issues
•Complete account research to ensure customer satisfaction
•Make routine follow-up calls and send email replies as necessary
•Complete data entry requirements for escalation tracking and reporting
•Review and respond to survey and social media responses
•Initiate insurance claims
•Ensure payment is completed to third-party service companies
The ideal candidate for this position will:

•Be articulate and communicate effectively
•Be willing to learn a lot about our industry
•Be able to diffuse potentially “hostile” situations
•Be familiar with Microsoft Office products and social media
Qualifications:
•2-5 years customer service and client relations experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Detail-oriented, effective time-management skills
•Excellent active listening skills
Schedule:
•Afternoon Shift (Preferred)
•1 Weekend shifts required (either Saturday or Sunday)
Compensation:
•$17 – 20 an hour, based on experience
