About the Role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented QC Data Entry Clerk to support our Quality Control team. This position is critical in maintaining the integrity of our production and compliance data, ensuring all quality documentation is accurate, current, and properly organized within our document control systems. Key Responsibilities:
•Enter and maintain quality-related data and documentation in internal systems with precision.
•Update and manage controlled documents to ensure only current versions are in circulation.
•Compile and assemble Project Data Books and manuals, including material certifications, test records, and inspection reports.
•Review documents for accuracy and completeness; resolve discrepancies with internal teams or vendors.
•Track and manage calibration records for tools and equipment.
•Assist with traceability documentation and load path verification.
•Support internal and external audits by organizing and retrieving quality records as needed.
•Participate in safety and quality programs.
•Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
•Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma required; some college preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality documentation, data entry, or a related role.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PDF editing tools.
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
•Strong written communication and document review skills.
•Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory standards is a plus.
•Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
•Strong understanding of industry standards and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
•Frequent standing and walking; regular use of hands to handle documents and tools.
•Prolonged periods of sitting while working on a computer.
•Occasional light lifting of materials or office supplies.
