We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Chinese/English) Staff Accountant to support our finance team with keyresponsibilities in accounts payable, inventory management, and tenant billing. The ideal candidate will be organized,analytical, and experienced in accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable (AP) Management
• Process vendor payments in accordance with company policies and approval procedures.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain W-9 forms, banking information, and payment confirmations.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure timely and accurate resolution of payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banking institutions to resolve payment-related issues.
2. Inventory Management
• Review daily inventory inbound and outbound data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute daily inventory reports.
• Participate in monthly physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Record and book inventory-related journal entries.
3. Tenant Management
• Generate and distribute rent invoices to tenants on a regular schedule.
• Send timely payment reminders and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate tenant billing records.
Job Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Work Experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (verbal and written communication required).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
