We’re on a mission to deliver clean, affordable solar energy to homes and businesses across the nation. As a Staff Accountant, you’ll be a key player in keeping our finances shining bright. You’ll help manage the day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting, and ensure every decimal is in its place—all while being part of a team that’s as energized as the sun.

What You'll Do:

•

Prepare and review accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

•

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations

•

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

•

Analyze financial data to help drive smart, strategic decisions

•

Support budgeting and forecasting efforts alongside the finance team

•

Help prepare for audits and provide documentation to external auditors

•

Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

•

Support tax prep activities and work with our tax pros

•

Spot opportunities to improve our processes and accounting workflows

•

Collaborate across departments like sales, procurement, and operations to keep our finances aligned with growth

Who You Are:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

•

1-3 years of accounting experience (bonus points if it’s in a high-growth environment!)

•

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

•

Comfortable with accounting software and Excel (NetSuite experience = a plus)

•

Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven

•

A team player who communicates clearly and thinks proactively
