Core Mandate
•Own the Tech Stack – Architect, integrate, and continuously harden every subsystem inside SmartWalls™ and our broader conversion platform.
•Crush Complexity – Translate wicked, multi‑domain problems (structure, MEP, firmware, AI, supply‑chain) into deployable, scalable solutions.
•Build the Bench – Recruit and mentor a strike team of multidisciplinary engineers who can execute at startup speed with enterprise rigor.
•Drive Revenue – Technology decisions must shorten conversion timelines, slash cap‑ex/op‑ex, and open new monetization channels.
•Safeguard Compliance – Make sure every bolt, byte, and line of code passes PE seal, ADA, life‑safety, and sustainability thresholds.
Must‑Haves
•Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) — civil, mechanical, electrical, or systems; multi‑state registration a plus.
•20+ years engineering track record delivering products that shipped, scaled, and survived real‑world abuse.
•Fluency across HVAC, power electronics/storage, embedded systems, IoT, low‑voltage, controls, and prefab manufacturing.
•Documented wins in complex problem‑solving—think moon‑landing stuff, not corporate busywork.
•Proven revenue impact: you’ve turned R&D into dollars, not just patents.
•U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident. Remote‑first, but you travel when a site or factory needs boots on the ground.
