We’re an early-stage SaaS startup building a platform for project management in the construction industry.
We’re looking for a senior Advisory CTO to guide critical technical decisions, lead architecture planning, and support the foundation of a scalable and well-structured system.
Responsibilities:
•
Lead architectural design and infrastructure planning (Node.js on GCP)
•
Advise on core technology decisions and technical risk
•
Assist in hiring senior developers, architects, and DevOps engineers
•
Consult on infrastructure for AI capabilities (LLMs, OCR, automation workflows)
Must-Have:
•
10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership
•
Proven experience as CTO / VP Engineering / Technical Co-Founder in a SaaS company
•
Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
•
Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong Advantage:
•
Experience in investor-facing technical presentations or due diligence processes
•
Familiarity with AI/LLM/OCR technologies and automation frameworks
•
Experience working in distributed, global teams
•
Ability to lead work independently and collaborate clearly without relying on real-time communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
