We are currently seeking a Chemical Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and lead critical chemical cleaning operations.

Job Responsibilities:

•

Supervise and coordinate team activities during chemical cleaning projects to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

•

Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to maintain a safe working environment

•

Oversee the preparation and execution of chemical cleaning procedures, including the selection of appropriate chemicals and equipment

•

Provide technical guidance and training to team members on safe chemical handling and operational best practices

•

Maintain detailed documentation of cleaning operations, including chemical usage, safety measures, and completion reports

•

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and address any client concerns

•

Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals and equipment, coordinating with procurement to ensure necessary supplies

•

Implement and uphold company safety and quality standards throughout all operations

•

Resolve operational challenges and perform troubleshooting during chemical cleaning processes

•

Conduct post-job analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

•

Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical cleaning or related field

•

Proven supervisory experience managing teams

•

Strong knowledge of safety regulations regarding chemical handling and waste disposal

•

Hazardous Materials certification or equivalent

•

Training in chemical safety and emergency response (HAZWOPER)

•

Excellent communication and leadership skills

•

Willingness to work in varied environments (offshore, construction sites)

•

Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures effectively
