We are seeking a dedicated On Site Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the Newaygo area!

This is a leadership role responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, managing custodial staff, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The Supervisor must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting and guiding their team to meet company expectations.

Full-Time Opening:

•

Schedule: Monday–Friday, mainly midday shifts, but must be available to cover any shift as business needs arise, and be on call as needed for emergencies

•

Note: Occasional weekend work is required for event setup and teardown

•

School Breaks: Hours may shift to a first-shift schedule during breaks.

Pay Rate: $21/hr.

Duties include:

•

Regular custodial/cleaning duties

•

Floor care (stripping, waxing, etc.)

•

Product delivery

•

Equipment drop-off

•

Specialty project work

•

Custodial inspections

•

Quality control: monitoring staff and building cleanliness

•

Team management: interviewing, hiring/coaching, scheduling, training, and leading team

•

Inventory and budget management

•

Administrative duties

•

Client relations

Requirements:

•

Excellent attendance and reliability

•

Your own vehicle for use during shift, valid driver’s license, and insurance (MVR check required)

•

Ability to pass a drug screen (no THC) and federal background check (must be eligible to work in schools and have no past or pending criminal charges)

•

18 years or olderwith valid ID

•

Strong communication and organizational skills

•

Ability to write professional emails andcommunicate professionally

•

1–2 years of supervisory experience in custodial or similar industry

•

2+ years of custodial experience

•

Comfort with basic office technology – regular use of a computer and tablet

•

Floor care experience preferred

•

Leadership mindset and ability to coach and motivate teams
