Role: Change Manager, Strategic Delivery

Location: Markham
The Change Manager will play a critical role in driving organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of new processes, technologies, and strategies. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in change management.
The Change Manager will conduct stakeholder impact assessments to understand the effects of change on various groups and develop tailored strategies to address their needs.
Additionally, the Change Manager will execute a variety of change tactics, including communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms, to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of change initiatives.
