Black Gold Energy Service, LLC is a Rig moving and Heavy Haul company seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating cranes ranging from 75-ton to 330-ton, with a commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork.
- Safely operate crawler and hydraulic mobile cranes to lift and move materials and equipment.
- Plan and execute lifts using crane capacity charts and proper rigging techniques.
- Conduct daily crane and rigging inspections, reporting findings through clear verbal and written communication.
- Program crane computer systems for appropriate setup and operation.
- Set up cranes on-site in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow verbal and hand signal instructions to ensure safe load movement.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance to ensure operational reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- 3-5 years of crane operating experience with cranes ranging from 75-ton to 330-ton.
- Valid Lattice Boom Crane (LBC) and Telescopic Boom Crane (TLL) NCCCO certifications.
- Class A CDL with a clean driving record and current DOT physical card.
- Ability to climb ladders, stand/walk on uneven surfaces, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
