CONDITIONS Position Overview About the position:
Select's CDL driver operates heavy trucks and equipment while adhering to strict safety protocols. The driver collaborates closely with field teams to effectively manage water supply, transfer and /or disposal, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Essential Functions
- Monitors the maintenance and repair of the truck.
- Loads and unloads truck as required.
- Ensures the truck and driver are compliant with all DOT requirements.
- Maintains driver qualification records, time and driving records.
- Operates the truck in a safe manner following all Select’s driving policies.
- Possess a CDL license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select’s insurance guidelines.

Work Experience
- 0 to 2 years of related working experience is required.
- Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
- Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection
- Prolonged sitting, standing, walking
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass a DOT pre-employment physical.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reports to Manager, Trucking.
