Cash Analyst

Job Objective:

Supports the Treasury department by assisting with daily departmental operations and record keeping.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Maintains log for royalty direct deposit requests, reviews the requests for completeness and enters the requests in Enertia

- Records monthly journal entries relating to cash management activity.

- Prepares deposits for checks received in house.

- Prepares and uploads deposits into Enertia and attaches the images for the deposits.

- Responsible for filing and/or scanning departmental records.

- Performs monthly bank reconciliations for select bank accounts.

- Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.

- Supports company vision and mission.

- Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.

- Maintains employee confidence (bank information for ACH payments) and corporate assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.

- Completes routine accounting assignments.

- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Ability to accurately solve problems and a working knowledge in data management including spreadsheet proficiency.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and other departments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:

- Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience.
