Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with general plumbing and electrical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting, power tools, frame carpentry, door hanging, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, and general assembly. As a team member, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects and performing a range of duties to support the team.

Duties:

- Assist with the construction of our new modular home line

- Perform framing carpentry with our metal fabrication assembly

- Conduct electrical work including wiring and installation of fixtures

- Complete drywall installation and repairs

- Assist with painting projects including surface preparation and application

- Assist with Plumbing implementation

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:

- Proficient in construction

- Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation

- Experience in frame carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, electrical work, drywall installation, and general assembly

- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

This is a full-time position located in Pageland SC. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9 hours and Friday is 4 hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
