Job Responsibilities

As a Canvassing/Field Manager, you will:

•

Develop and implement effective door-to-door canvassing strategies to meet sales and lead generation goals.

•

Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers, fostering a culture of accountability and motivation.

•

Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide actionable feedback to improve results.

•

Maintain accurate records of leads generated and ensure proper follow-up by the sales team.

•

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align canvassing strategies with overall business objectives.

•

Track and analyze canvassing results, implementing improvements as needed.

•

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards during all canvassing activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or team management roles.

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
