About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Canvassing Manager to lead and actively participate in our door-to-door canvassing efforts in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This is a dual-role position: you will help build a team of canvassers while also being out in the field generating leads and closing opportunities yourself.

Responsibilities:

•

Personally canvas door-to-door in assigned territories.

•

Assist in building a team of canvassers that focus on residential roofing, siding, gutters, and window leads.

•

Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies and campaigns.

•

Track team performance and provide coaching and support.

•

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure lead quality and scheduling.

•

Maintain daily reporting on personal and team metrics.

•

As a Door to Door Canvasser, you will leave advertising door hangers, and assist customers with setting up an appointment with one of our experienced Roof Representatives

•

Greet each customer with a smile and our company pitch

•

Create appointments for the customer to have their roof assessed by one of our experienced Roof Representatives

•

Leave door hangers in local areas to advertise our products and increase production

Requirements:

•

Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing (roofing, solar, windows, or home improvement preferred).

•

Proven experience managing a canvassing or sales team.

•

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

•

Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods.

•

Self-motivated and results-driven.

•

Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
