Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Canvass Manager to lead our canvassing efforts and drive customer engagement. This role involves managing a team of canvassers, developing strategies to reach potential clients, and ensuring effective communication and follow-up with leads.
Key Responsibilities:
•Train and manage a team of canvassers to effectively promote our services in designated areas.
•Develop and implement canvassing strategies to maximize outreach and lead generation.
•Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure success.
•Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of canvassing campaigns and make informed adjustments as needed.
•Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
•Ensure that all canvassing activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in canvassing, sales, or marketing management.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
•Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
