The Grassroots Role

Hiring Immediately - As a full-time marketer, you will be trained in all of our products and services. You will engage with homeowners, educate them about our environmentally friendly solutions, and set up appointments for our sales team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to develop communication skills, persuasion tactics, and strategic outreach abilities.

Responsibilities

•

Engage with potential customers through Community Focused Marketing

•

Educate homeowners about our affordable, environmentally friendly, products and services

•

Schedule appointments for our sales representatives

•

Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions

•

Contribute to team-building and mentorship activities

Qualifications

•

Strong communication skills

•

Confidence in speaking with people in various settings

•

Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented

•

Open-minded with a passion for learning new skills

•

Outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with people

•

BA/BS preferred but not required

Compensation

•

This role is Base Salary + Commission, with an average total payout of $2,500/week

•

Average earning potential: $85,000 - $150,000 per year
