As part of the Business Insights team, you'll be a key player in planning, designing, and maintaining impactful business intelligence solutions that empower our organization. In this role, you’ll ensure the stability, integrity, and efficiency of data operations while transforming raw data into actionable insights that help our business thrive. With your strong analytical mindset and expertise in database relationships, you’ll create meaningful, user-friendly reports and data visualizations that drive decision-making across the organization.

Maintain and support business intelligence reporting, data processes, and delivery solutions.
Actively monitor data workflows, addressing any quality issues swiftly and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure BI best practices are consistently followed.
Develop ad-hoc reports and data solutions as needed, adapting to the dynamic needs of our business.
Meet project deadlines, deliver reliable work estimates, and achieve high-quality results.
Create thorough documentation of data processes, transformations, and structures.
Develop User Acceptance Test strategies with the project team and ensure solutions are rigorously reviewed.
Provide hands-on training to end-users on new and modified data solutions.
Document your work thoroughly and uphold high standards of transparency and clarity.
Actively participate in our data community by attending workshops, teaching, and contributing to solution improvements.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical or other appropriate field from accredited college or technical school; and 5+ years related experience.
Demonstrated ability to implement, support, and use Business Intelligence, Data Mining, and collaboration tools is desirable, with specific knowledge of SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, multi-dimensional database structures.
Experience related to Allegro Horizon, Hartigen Power Optix, Microsoft Office SharePoint Services, Windows SharePoint Services, and Microsoft Exchange is highly desirable.
Experience working collaboratively with BI teams, and business stakeholders ensuring data solutions are aligned with business goals.
A customer-first mindset and a continuous learning approach to develop business understanding
Proficiency in Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and Databricks (Azure)
Experience working within a Medallion Architecture or similar layered data models
Additional education, experience, and demonstrated proficiency across multiple products will be considered when evaluation employees for more senior positions.
