Position Summary
The duties for Business Development & Marketing include but is not limited to cultivating business relationships, responding to project opportunities, assisting customer base expansion and acting as a client point of contact on the generation, development, and delivery of final services and products. They will also collaborate with other departments to assist with marketing and recruiting. This candidate will attend trade shows/career fairs, determine channels to recruit
•Provide leadership in expanding project portfolio
•Develop growth strategies and plans
•Supervising retention for existing clients
•Maintain an understanding of company products and services
•Maintain an awareness of industry competitors
•Investigate the most recent developments in the business world and look for new ways to expand the company
•Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
•Research business opportunities and viable income streams
•Follow industry trends locally and internationally
•Report on success and areas of improvement
•Develop and submit proposals in response to solicitations and client bid opportunities
•Boost online presence and maintain brand identity
•Improve search engine optimization
•Measure and report performance of marketing campaings
•Manage recruiting events and event coordination
•Assist hiring managers and new employees through the hiring process

Requirements:
•Full-Time salary position requiring 40+ hrs. a week
•High School Diploma/GED Certification
•8+ yrs. in, operations, or equivalent related experience
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing or in a relevant field
•Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
•Proficient Unanet, Inflow, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems
•Prove ability to provide visionary strategic leadership; experience guiding the implementation of a strategic plan, measuring progress, and adapting as necessary
•Ability to work alone or within a group
•Self-driven to completion of the job
•Must have a solid commitment to personal and team safety
•Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
•Effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the group, customers, and external contacts., via telephone, in written form, email, and in-person
•Ability to learn company-specific applications
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
•Excellent customer service skills
•Familiarity in renewable and fossil fuel energy sectors is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
•Must be able to travel from 10-20%
