Remediation Group, Inc. (RGI) is a fully licensed Environmental, Restoration, Remediation & General Contracting firm located in the heart of Atlanta. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we are readily equipped to respond to Water or Fire Damage Emergency, Mold Removal, and Reconstruction needs.

Since 2002, our mission has been to prevent further damage from occurring to residential and commercial properties by putting a swift plan into motion and providing customers with a partner as they navigate through their loss.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to partner with our business development team to drive continued growth and increase brand awareness through planning and executing events, managing our social media accounts, creating email campaigns, and generating sales collateral. The position will also manage reports tracking sales KPIs and metrics as well as handle expense report management for the business development team.


Responsibilities

Analyze market conditions, competitor information, and efficiency of marketing plans
Direct all digital marketing efforts including Social media management, email campaigns, association/industry sponsorships, website maintenance, etc.
Plan and execute all client events and collaborate with business development team on event scheduling and budgeting
Coordinate B2B accounts and client/prospect activities building brand awareness through relationships and events
Create content & design materials for digital marketing pieces and sales collateral; email, social media, WordPress website, professional publications, brochures, proposals, etc.
Track ROI through search engine marketing efforts by creating, managing and modifying Google Ads and additional lead generation accounts and interfaces
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
Manage and integrate customer CRM database to support sales team and improve prospecting and sales tracking/reporting
Maintain new and returning accounts through updating and improving client portal communication system
Create and publish client proposals utilized by company as sales and customer retention tool
Create, update, and manage reports for KPI & Sales Metrics for the departments
Managed Expense reports for Business Development Team. (i.e. Reconciliation of AMEX receipts and tracking charges to appropriate BD accounts for ROI tracking purposes.)


Required Skills

2+ years of marketing and/or business development experience including event planning and management
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite with an intermediate or higher user of knowledge of Excel (i.e. the ability to use formulas such as SumIf, CountIf, Unique, Vlkookup, subtotal, Date & Time formulas, Pivot tables, arrays, etc. as well as the visualization tools for tables, colors, merging, text formatting, etc.) as well as experience with Google Sheets


Preferred Skills

Digital Marketing experience including social media management and content planning
Content creation and/or graphic design experience using the Adobe Suite or similar tools
Experience creating sales and marketing reports


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
