Responsibilities:
•Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities.
•Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling and email outreach.
•Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
•Close deals and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline reports.
•Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
•Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments
Qualifications/Requirements:
•2+ years of proven success in a B2B sales hunter role.
•Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
•Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
•Telecom experience is a plus but not necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
•$50,000 - 60,000 plus commission
