- Training Location: Initial training will be conducted in-person in West Hartford, CT.
- Post-Training Work Arrangement: Following the completion of training, the role will transition to a remote setup.
- Work Hours: The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing our communication channels. Your responsibilities include:
- Call Management: Efficiently directing all incoming calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring a smooth and professional handling of inquiries.
- Email and Online Inquiries: Actively following up on email and online inquiries to provide timely and accurate responses to potential and existing clients.
- Client Engagement: Proactively reaching out to our existing client base to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns, fostering a positive and long-lasting relationship.
-CRM Communication: Update all client encounters and open cases for any customer service issues and tag appropriate team members with detailed notes to create transparency for team members.
This role is ideal for individuals who are effective communicators, possess excellent organizational skills, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
