This field-based sales role is responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth in our West Texas and Southeast New Mexico energy markets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage accounts from initial sale through project completion
- Support billing and project coordination
- Analyze market trends and provide sales forecasts
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Entertain clients and strengthen long-term partnerships- 2+ years of sales experience (energy services preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region- 3+ years of experience in oil & gas or construction industries
- Technical knowledge of energy service operations
- Existing industry contacts and relationships
- Self-motivated with high energy and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Oil & gas or construction industry background
- Existing industry contacts in West Texas or SE New Mexico
- Technical understanding of energy operations
