Business and Governance Affairs Manager

Soelect Inc. is a fast-growing, multi-patented clean technology startup located in Greensboro, NC. Soelect has developed an advanced lithium metal composite anode that, when combined with a solid-state or liquid electrolyte, significantly increases energy density, power and safety while also lowering manufacturing costs through our patented material design and proprietary processes.

Position Brief

- Business and Governance Affairs Manager / Business Department

- FT Position: up to 40hrs per week / On-site M-F / Greensboro, NC.

- This position will report to Business VP.

Qualifications

- Minimum B.S. Degree.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales/marketing of manufacturing equipment preferably in the semiconductor and/or battery industries.

- Proven track record in industrial equipment sales or customer relationship management within relevant markets.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and system integration is a plus

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with curiosity and persistence in client-facing roles.

- Familiarity with business contract structures and basic financial concepts.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment as a self-starter.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
