Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire a Branch Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
Requirements:
•
Strong background in D2D roofing sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s.
•
Will be in the field with the sales team to help train and guide towards closing deals.
•
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
•
Working knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods and materials.
•
Skilled at establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and strong negotiation skills.
•
Attend weekly meetings with management.
Qualifications:
•
3+ years of experience within the roofing industry.
•
3+ years of management experience.
