Responsible for company assets, including cost controls and net profit.

Works with counter to handle current accounts and lead accounts.

Develops, recommends and implements, in warehouse, practices to promote safety, efficiency, faster service and lower costs.
Reports to and is directly responsible to the Director of Operations with respect to the operations of the branch.
Is responsible for coordinating and reconciling credits for returns, warranty and scrapped material.
Responsible for establishing preventative maintenance programs for facility, security, vehicles, tow motors and any other equipment used in the warehouse.
Keeps well informed of new developments in the field by attending seminars and taking educational classes.
Assists in the development of annual business plan and budget.
Hiring of new associates at the branch location and in the determination of compensation. Supports the corporate Equal Employment Opportunity policies and practices.
Responsible for yearly reviews for all branch employees.

Minimum: Five Years of HVAC, Roofing, and/or Distribution Equivalent Experience
