Job Summary

The Branch Manager leads in the management and direction of the branch to ensure positive revenue generation, providing the highest standard of customer service and continued excellence in productivity. The Branch Manager identifies areas of improving its competitive position as well as maximizing the profitability of the work location.


Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the branch to achieve budget goals.
Manage and maintain full P&L for the branch level.
Participate in budgetary and forecasting planning.
Review daily and weekly reports as needed to maintain optimal business results.
Manage utilization of branch rental fleet.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Oversee and maintain appropriate staffing levels of the branch, as well as initiating the onboarding process for any employees hired.
Oversees branch employees training and coaching needs.
Submit formal requisition requests for any vacant branch level positions; provide feedback to HR on all candidate resumes received.
Conduct periodic reviews with new hires to review adjustment and training needs.
Daily Management of company HCM; manage employee time and attendance.
Timely manage all branch internal transitions.
Work with corporate HR on corrective action memos and other supportive documentation.
Work directly with the Safety Manager to ensure compliance with all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and DOT standards.
Oversee supply inventory levels and cycle count responsibilities.
Champions change within the branch as directed by senior management.
Performs other related duties assigned by management, with the willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet delivery goals.


Qualifications

Good judgment and strong decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
A strong team player, experience with high performance teams a plus.
Commitment to company values a must.
Experience with pump integrity and testing.
Advanced computer skills required. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP/SAP experience a plus.
Ability to independently solve problems at both a strategic and functional level.
Leadership abilities - demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.


Compensation

Title and/or Salary may be adjusted based on experience or skills

Physical Demands

Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 50lbs; vision correctable to 20/20 in one eye; hearing correctable to normal; ability to tolerate prolonged sitting and/or standing; ability to stoop, stand, use if fingers, hands and arms; ability to tolerate repeated routine tasks.

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required daily to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move around the office and around the shop or yard. The employee may be occasionally required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business.
