Ready to elevate your career and inspire those around you?
We are looking for a dynamic leader with a growth mindset who not only embraces challenges but actively seeks them out as opportunities. If you are strategic and driven to achieve greater success than anyone else, keep reading.
A note from Trey Fly, President
For the first time in my 25-year career, I’m writing a personal note for a job posting because this role is that important to our company’s future. I want you to know what it takes to succeed here, and what you can expect from us.
We’re looking for a leader who thrives on challenges, thinks outside the box, and inspires those around them. You’ll need to be organized, accountable, and comfortable managing a diverse, dynamic team. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and the ability to build strong relationships with both your team and our customers are essential. Confidence is key-but so is humility. You’ll set the standard for quality, modeling what it means to lead by example with a drive to achieve more than you ever have before.
Why is this role so critical? Houston is the largest HVAC market in the country-possibly the world-and we’re one of the oldest and most respected air filtration service companies in the business. Even with our unique offerings and reputation, we’ve only tapped into a fraction of our potential here. With less than 5% market share, there’s immense opportunity for growth-and for the right person, exponential success is within reach.
Maintaining what we have is straightforward. Growing it is the real challenge. If you’re satisfied with the status quo, this isn’t the role for you. We need someone who wants more — much more. The demand for what we do is high, the market is vast, and the opportunity is yours to seize. Every day brings new challenges and the need to adapt, so this is not a routine, predictable job.
But you won’t do it alone — you’ll be backed by a collaborative team that’s committed to supporting your success. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and push yourself and your team to new heights, we want to hear from you.
This is your chance to make a real impact and take your career further than you ever imagined. If you’re up for the challenge, we’re excited to meet you.
Good luck — and if you have questions, feel free to hit me up on LinkedIn.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our local operations — leading the day-to-day, driving growth, and building a high-performing team. You’ll set the tone for customer service and lead by example every step of the way. Here’s a look at what you’ll take on:
•Oversee Branch Operations: Own day-to-day operations and financial performance, monitoring sales, margins, expenses, and P&L reports. Utilize Acumatica (ERP) software to manage inventory, orders, and reporting, and leverage advanced office technology to streamline branch operations. Make data-driven decisions based on forecasts and market opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
•Maintain Supplier & Product Knowledge: Stay current on suppliers’ capabilities and the latest product knowledge to enhance decision-making and customer service.
•Leverage Fleet Management Technology: Utilize Geotab to optimize fleet operations, monitor driver safety, and ensure vehicle compliance and efficiency.
•Lead and Empower Your Team: Recruit, train, and develop employees, fostering a positive, inclusive culture. Set clear goals, provide coaching, and recognize high performance with specific, timely feedback. Manage team schedules, working hours, and PTO requests using Paycom to streamline HR processes and ensure operational efficiency.
•Promote a Safe and Supportive Workplace: Maintain a work environment that is safe, secure, and conducive to employee well-being, setting the standard for health and safety across all branch operations.
•Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Set a high standard through responsiveness, empathy, and a team culture focused on exceeding customer expectations.
•Drive Continuous Improvement: Review and improve branch procedures for efficiency and service quality while overseeing order accuracy and performance tracking.
•Partner Across Departments: Work with leadership on strategic planning, team alignment, and reporting. Collaborate with Accounting on accounts, financial reporting, and resolving past due accounts, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with customers. Participate in industry events and associations, and coordinate with our Central Distribution Center to streamline logistics and inventory flow.
Experience, Education, and Work Eligibility
•7+ years of relevant leadership or management experience in operations, business management, or a related field.
•Bachelor’s degree in business management, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
•Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen (if required).
•Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.
•At least 21 years old and at least 1 year of U.S. driving experience (satisfactory results from driving record check/MVR required).

•Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
•Prior experience in the HVAC or related industry.
•Experience with Acumatica or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and advanced office technology.
•Related certification(s) or an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule
•Location: On-site at our branch in North Houston, just minutes from the Heights neighborhood.
•Environment: A mix of warehouse and office settings — you'll move between leading day-to-day operations on the floor (where temperature shifts, hard flooring, and moderate noise are common) and working in the office to drive planning, communication, and team coordination.
•Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
•Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
•Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, handling office equipment, and assisting with prepping orders as needed.
•Ability to read screens and documents and communicate effectively in person, over the phone, via email, and through video conferencing platforms.
•Able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
•Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
•Competitive salary based on experience.
•Eligible for a bonus based on branch profitability and performance after 12 months of employment.
•Benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%, profit sharing, and paid time off.
