Purpose of Role: The Branch Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of branch operations. This multifaceted position supports office administration, sales and billing processes, quoting/order reconciliation, production coordination, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and data management.

- Branch Administrative Support: Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Support onboarding and training record management for shop and sales employees.
- Sales & Billing Support: Assist sales team with customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing. Generate and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely billing. Track and reconcile customer accounts and payments.
- Quoting & Order Reconciliation: Prepare and submit quotes based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines. Monitor order status and ensure alignment between quotes, orders, and deliveries. Resolve discrepancies between orders, shipments, and invoices.
- Product Coordination: Liaise with production teams to schedule jobs and monitor progress. Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources to support production. Address production delays or issues in coordination with relevant departments
- Inventory Management: Process internal requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory transfers, and make recommendations based on client demand. Manage consignment inventory counts and reporting
- Shipping & Receiving: Generate shipping and pick documentation as required.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer information in Oracle/SAP and support ERP data integrity
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.- 2+ years of experience in office administration or inside sales
