Position Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of branch crews and equipment, ensuring seamless job execution and employee training to support customers. This role also directs overall branch operations, including safety, staffing, fiscal management, and compliance.

We are seeking a hands-on operational leader with strong financial acumen, customer relationship skills, and the ability to balance corporate priorities with customer demands and local resource availability. This is a working manager role, requiring direct involvement in traffic control and field operations.
