Box Truck Driver (1st Shift, no CDL needed)

No CDL license is required, making this position accessible for motivated individuals eager to hit the road and make a difference. You’ll be responsible for safely operating a box truck, loading and unloading cargo, and ensuring timely deliveries while providing outstanding support to our customers and team members. This is a TEMPORARY position that will last approximately 90 days.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a box truck for mostly local route deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations

- Load and unload cargo efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary

- Deliver goods to customers promptly, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and proper handling of items

- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism, answering questions, and addressing concerns during deliveries

- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with company policies

- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and load/unload records for accountability

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude

- Previous warehouse experience involving heavy lifting, moving, or inventory management

- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and use equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred)

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no CDL required for this role

- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting heavy items repeatedly throughout the shift

- Excellent route driving skills with attention to safety and efficiency

- Must show proof or pass DOT Physical / Medical Examiners Certification
