As a Blaster in Training, you will perform all blast duties under the supervision of a blaster in charge and become a key player in our field support team.

What You’ll Do:

As a Blaster in Training, you will p erform all blast duties under the supervision of a blaster in charge. Duties include:

- Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, MSHA, Cal OSHA, as well as applicable acts and regulations.

- Become a Key Player in Our Field Support Team

- Transform Customer Experiences with Your Expertise

- Utilize Advanced Drone Software and Hardware

- Provide High-Quality Aerial Solutions to Clients

- Support Various Projects Across Different Industries

- Prepare all records and reports concerning blasting activities, including safety, in order to assure accurate billing, regulatory compliance and performance history.

- Operation UAVs for precision mapping and data collection

- Conduct aerial surveys and geospatial analysis using advanced UAV technology

- Provide system integration, technical documentation, and custom training

- Proactively handle safety issues and practice Take 5! Process by using the HAT tool to promote personal responsibility for safety.

- Innovation operation of Software and Hardware Support.

- Maintain safe working conditions and assure that all crew members and others on the site follow all safety and regulatory procedures and practices to ensure a safe and successful event

- Work from heights daily requiring fall protection and training.

What We’re Looking For:

- Ability to read, write, and speak English, and to communicate in writing and verbally.

- Must have drone experience

- Ability to acquire/maintain all appropriate Blasting licenses and certifications required by federal, state and local entities within one year.

- Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives

- Ability to acquire and maintain FAA Remote Pilots License within six months.

- Great attitudes willingness to learn and work hard

A big plus:

- Field technician experience

- Equipment operator experience

- Blasting, Mining, Strayos, Cad, drilling

- Survey skills – geo special experience or training
