About This Job

Job Summary:

The Billing Admin in the Service Department is responsible for coding and billing all service-related transactions; fielding customer calls and following up to all service-related matters.

Specific Responsibilities:

•

Coding and billing all service-related transactions in a timely manner.

•

Handling service policy transactions.

•

Processing work orders.

•

Managing the flow of information in and out of the billing group.

•

Fielding and managing inbound calls pertaining to service-related matters in a timely, courteous, professional, and efficient manner.

•

Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

•

Assisting customers with billing and service questions providing timely resolution to concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

•

Coordinate and communicate with all applicable parties including burner service, customer service and fuel delivery management in a timely manner ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and properly communicated back to the customer.

Technical Requirements:

•

HS diploma or equivalent (GED).

•

At least 1 year of billing experience preferably in heating oil or HVAC industry.

•

Understanding of heating and cooling parts and equipment.

•

Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

•

Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•

General computer skills.

•

Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers and coworkers.

•

Availability to work a flexible schedule including Overtime and weekend work as required.

•

Ability to manage time off to eliminate requests at month end unless emergency related.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
