Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing service invoices for heavy equipment repairs and maintenance, ensuring accurate documentation and timely billing.
Responsiblilities:
•
Prepare service invoices based on work orders and technician reports
•
Review job orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper labor and parts charges
•
Ensure timely billing to customers and proper entry in the system
•
Communicate with service department staff and customers to clarify billing issues
•
Maintain accurate billing records and support documents
•
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business a plus)
•
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
•
1 year of experience in billing, preferably in the heavy equipment or automotive industry
•
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•
Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
•
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
