ACCOUNT MANAGER: The Account Manager holds responsibility for all aspects of their
assigned accounts. This responsibility includes understanding the work order management and
invoicing needs of external customers and working with internal teams to deliver those needs.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Supports the field operations team by managing account activities. This includes:
•Confirming work performed with the field.
•Invoicing customers (ensuring accuracy of customer invoices).
•Handle all disbursement of payments for service providers. (ensuring accuracy of the payments).
•Partnering with Account Directors and company representatives to ensure all. submitted work orders are invoiced in a timely manner.
•Facilitates new customer and subcontractor set-up in relevant systems.
•Maintains an up-to-date tracking and analysis file.
•Participates in month end process to ensure data integrity and accurate revenue recognition.
•Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people are essential.
•Computer skills required: Basic knowledge ERP system; Contract Management Systems; Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)
EXPERIENCE:
•2-5 years of customer service experience.
•Experience invoicing customers in a service company preferred but not required.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Problem solving and analytical skills.
•Ability to develop rapport and strong working relationships with customer/accounts.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
•Bachelor’s Degree or higher
