CDR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, including experience with QuickBooks and a keen eye for detail. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing timely and accurate financial reports to management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll records.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
- Perform routine bookkeeping duties, including journal entries, data entry, and reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports, including financial statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and comply with GAAP.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring all employees are accurately paid and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Perform 10-key typing and maintain accurate and detailed records.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a MUST.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping and GAAP.
- Experience in payroll processing and preparation of financial reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
